1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2. Products

Falguni Gruh Udhyog manufactures and sells traditional Indian food products, snacks, sweets, savouries, bakery products, packaged foods and other food items.

Product availability may vary by location, season and stock availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Product Images

Product photographs displayed on our website are for illustration purposes.

Actual product colour, texture, size and packaging may vary slightly due to:

• Handmade preparation
• Manufacturing batches
• Lighting
• Packaging improvements
• Screen settings

Such variations shall not be treated as product defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable GST shall be charged wherever required under Indian law.

Promotional prices are valid only during the advertised period.

5. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Falguni Gruh Udhyog.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Limit quantities purchased
• Cancel duplicate orders
• Reject suspicious transactions
• Reject incomplete or fraudulent orders

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept payment through approved payment methods available on our website or application, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other supported digital payment options.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Falguni Gruh Udhyog does not store customers’ card details, CVV, UPI PIN or internet banking credentials.

7. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent through email, SMS and/or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for reviewing the order details immediately and informing us of any discrepancies before dispatch.

8. Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

Hyperlocal Delivery (Within 5 km)

• Delivery Charge: ₹50
• Free Delivery on orders at or above ₹400

Nearby Delivery (5–10 km)

• Delivery Charge: ₹100
• Free Delivery on orders at or above ₹1,200

Extended Local Delivery (10–15 km)

• Delivery Charge: ₹150
• Free Delivery on orders at or above ₹1,800

Regional Delivery (Across Gujarat)

• Delivery Charge: ₹40 per kg
• Free weight: ₹2,000 → 5 kg; ₹3,000 → 7.5 kg; ₹4,000 → 10 kg; ₹5,000 → 15 kg. Excess weight is charged per kg.

Pan-India Extended Local Delivery (Rest of India)

• Delivery Charge: ₹100 per kg
• Free weight: ₹3,500 → 5 kg; ₹5,000 → 7.5 kg; ₹7,000 → 10 kg; ₹10,000 → 15 kg. Excess weight is charged per kg.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Ahmedabad: Same day or next day
• Gujarat: 1 to 3 business days
• Other States: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier delays, festivals or unforeseen events.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure the delivery address, PIN code and contact number provided are accurate and complete.

We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Additional re-delivery charges may apply if an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.

10. Perishable Products Notice

Certain fresh foods, sweets and dairy items have limited shelf life.

Customers are advised to consume or store perishable products appropriately upon delivery.

We are not liable for product deterioration caused by delayed collection, inappropriate storage or failure to follow storage instructions after delivery.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch has begun.

Once an order is prepared, packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customised or festive special orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

12. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted.

A return or refund request may be considered solely in the following cases:

• Damaged packaging upon delivery
• Spoiled or contaminated food delivered
• Incorrect item delivered
• Missing items from an order

Reporting Requirements

• Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs or video evidence of the outer package, shipping label and damaged or incorrect product must be provided.

Refund Resolution

Upon successful verification, Falguni Gruh Udhyog may, at its discretion:

• Issue a replacement
• Provide store credit
• Process a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, text, product descriptions, images, graphics and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Falguni Gruh Udhyog.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

14. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
• Place fraudulent or speculative orders
• Interfere with website operations or other users’ access

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Courier delays beyond our reasonable control
• Allergic reactions where ingredients were properly listed or standard

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from events beyond our control, including:

• Strikes, lockouts or civil unrest
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Transport or courier disruptions
• Telecommunication or internet outages

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
